Minimalist office for a 48-seat team in Manikonda, Hyderabad

About this design

This minimalist office was designed for a software company at Cinnamon Business Park, Floor 3, Manikonda, Hyderabad. The brief asked for room to grow the team without moving, so the team used benching desks and a flexible meeting area.

The palette is white, stone and light oak, with hidden storage and very few loose pieces. Main materials: white laminate, microcement, oak veneer and frosted glass. In Hyderabad, light, heat-reflecting colours, blackout curtains and units kept off hot west walls help through the summer.

Work on site took about 14 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹91.4 lakh for about 3,402 sq ft, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
