Luxury studio apartment in Gachibowli, Hyderabad

About this design

This luxury studio apartment was designed for a joint family of six at Lotus Pond Park, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The brief asked for a quiet corner for work calls, so the team built a study nook with an acoustic panel in the guest room.

The palette is deep green, champagne gold and cream, with stone, veneer and designer lighting throughout. Main materials: Italian marble, veneer panelling, leather and smoked glass. In Hyderabad, light, heat-reflecting colours, blackout curtains and units kept off hot west walls help through the summer.

Work on site took about 12 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹7 lakh for 518 sq ft of carpet area, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
