Luxury master bedroom with a study corner in Andheri West, Mumbai

About this design

This luxury master bedroom was designed for a young couple who both work from home at Bluebell Park, Andheri West, Mumbai. The brief asked for a corner to work late without disturbing anyone, so the team added a compact desk with its own task light.

The palette is deep green, champagne gold and cream, with stone, veneer and designer lighting throughout. Main materials: Italian marble, veneer panelling, leather and smoked glass. In Mumbai, BWP plywood, sealed board edges and stainless hardware stand up to the humid, salty air.

Work on site took about 5 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹11.2 lakh for a 187 sq ft room, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
