Minimalist master bedroom with a wingback headboard in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

About this design

This minimalist master bedroom was designed for a doctor couple with long shifts at Cedar Ridge Towers, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. The brief asked for more wardrobe space, so the team fitted a sliding wardrobe that needs no clearance in front.

The palette is white, stone and light oak, with hidden storage and very few loose pieces. Main materials: white laminate, microcement, oak veneer and frosted glass. In Navi Mumbai, BWP plywood, sealed board edges and stainless hardware stand up to the humid, salty air.

Work on site took about 3 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹3.4 lakh for a 212 sq ft room, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
