Art deco sliding wardrobe with a mirror panel in Noida Extension, Noida

About this design

This art deco sliding wardrobe was designed for a doctor couple with long shifts at Riverbend Gardens, Noida Extension, Noida. The brief asked for a wardrobe that does not crowd the room, so the team used sliding shutters with a mirror panel.

The palette is emerald, gold and ivory, with fluted panels, brass inlays and arched mirrors. Main materials: velvet, brass trims, marble and fluted panels. In Noida, light, heat-reflecting colours, blackout curtains and units kept off hot west walls help through the summer.

Work on site took about 3 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹4.7 lakh for a 47 sq ft room, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
