Modern 3 BHK duplex in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

About this design

This modern 3 BHK duplex was designed for a couple with a toddler and a dog at Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The brief asked for low-maintenance finishes that age well, so the team used laminate on plywood, keeping PU and veneer for a few feature panels.

The palette is warm white, greige and walnut, with handle-less shutters and slim profile lights. Main materials: matte laminate, quartz, black metal trims and fluted glass. In Lucknow, light, heat-reflecting colours, blackout curtains and units kept off hot west walls help through the summer.

Work on site took about 12 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹10.8 lakh for 1,303 sq ft of carpet area, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
