Modern wardrobe with glass shutters in Greater Kailash, Delhi

About this design

This modern wardrobe was designed for a first-time home buyer at Pinecone Meadows, Greater Kailash, Delhi. The brief asked for space for a growing collection of clothes, so the team planned full-height units with a loft and pull-out accessories.

The palette is warm white, greige and walnut, with handle-less shutters and slim profile lights. Main materials: matte laminate, quartz, black metal trims and fluted glass. In Delhi, light, heat-reflecting colours, blackout curtains and units kept off hot west walls help through the summer.

Work on site took about 2 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹2.1 lakh for a 55 sq ft room, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
