Modern 3 BHK apartment in Borivali West, Mumbai

About this design

This modern 3 BHK apartment was designed for a first-time home buyer at Maple Court Park, Borivali West, Mumbai. The brief asked for a bright, open living and dining area, so the team replaced a solid wall with a glass-and-metal partition.

The palette is warm white, greige and walnut, with handle-less shutters and slim profile lights. Main materials: matte laminate, quartz, black metal trims and fluted glass. In Mumbai, BWP plywood, sealed board edges and stainless hardware stand up to the humid, salty air.

Work on site took about 13 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹12.2 lakh for 1,125 sq ft of carpet area, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
