Scandinavian 2 BHK apartment in Telibandha, Raipur

About this design

This Scandinavian 2 BHK apartment was designed for a first-time home buyer at Teakwood Greens, Telibandha, Raipur. The brief asked for a quiet corner for work calls, so the team built a study nook with an acoustic panel in the guest room.

The palette is white, powder blue and mustard, with light woods, soft textiles and big clear windows. Main materials: birch-look laminate, wool, white oak flooring and powder-coated steel. In Raipur, light, heat-reflecting colours, blackout curtains and units kept off hot west walls help through the summer.

Work on site took about 10 weeks after the design was signed off, and the approximate cost was ₹8 lakh for 962 sq ft of carpet area, including GST. Treat it as a reference: brands, site conditions and the city change the final price.
